Chris is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island (URI). He has over a decade of experience as an auditor in the private sector, primarily for construction companies. Chris’ skills in cash flow management are essential for some of our larger private clients. Chris is also responsible for all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring of financial performance.
Lori has been working at Keough Construction Management since its inception in 2004. Lori’s involvement with the day-to-day operations includes planning and implementing health care services and resources for all employees. Lori continuously reviews health care policies to ensure they are current with the latest industry and government standards.
Each project starts and ends with Meghan. As the Director of Marketing for Keough, she actively pursues ideal opportunities for Construction Consulting Services, engages in the project as a project expeditor, and follows through with the final O&M Manual during move-in & occupancy. Her organization and innovation can be exhibited through her work.
Meghan has experience working with an array of projects including Institutional (Higher Education & K-12), Manufacturing & Industrial, Commercial, Health Care, Not-for-profit, and Historical that range in size and cost. Her areas of marketing include Owner’s Representative, Project or Program Management, Cost Estimating, Design/Build and Construction Consulting Services. Additionally, Meghan uses her skill set to maintain and populate the firm’s presentation to attract both new and existing clientele.
