Mark has nearly 30 years experience in design, consulting and construction administration. Prior to joining Keough he worked for a large developer as a Director of Construction and with architect/engineering firms with responsibilities ranging from Job Captain to Project Architect to Associate Principal.
His construction management experience has included: procurement of, coordination and review of the project design services, coordination and review with various local and state regulatory agencies, procurement of and coordination of multiple contractors– including site, marine, landscaping and building construction, the draft and review of design and construction contracts, the development and review of construction budgets and schedules, and the review and approval of all project related costs, change orders and requisitions.
Project involvement ranges from project procurement, schematic design, to design development, construction document preparation including cost estimating, project specifi cations and computer aided drafting design documents, contract documents, to construction administration, client correspondence and marketing.
