Mike has over 35 years of experience in HVAC engineering consulting in the industry. He worked for mechanical contracting firms in Rhode Island, Boston, Massachusetts, the Southwest and the Middle East. He has worked for firms as small as 10 employees and large firms with over 350 employees. At Keough, Mike is responsible for work within the MEP division, overseeing the Mechanical and Electrical portions of new construction, renovations and major facility upgrades.

Mr. Duffy’s industry experience includes projects in educational, institutional, aviation, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, utility, telecommunications and commercial construction. His project responsibilities include master planning, detailed review and development of construction documents, bid/cost analysis, MOP development, construction administration and on-site commissioning.

Recently, Mike has been responsible for the master planning and the upgrades of the central utility plants and the white space life cycle upgrades of three CVS main data centers located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Cumberland, Rhode Island and Woonsocket, Rhode Island. This includes managing the upgrades of electro/mechanical infrastructure and chilled water plants on mission-critical power systems for this Fortune 5 Company.

Mikes Role is currently serving as the CVSHealth owner’s project manager for the life cycle upgrades of the critical power and cooling systems for the CVSHealth main data center as well as the procurement and deployment of a DCIM system that will tie all of the corporation’s infrastructure asset management systems onto a single platform that will be shared across all of the operational data centers nationally.
